Initially I wanted to do a flying dragon, maybe swooping down over some characters or a flock of scared sheep. I realized the wings won't fit into the paper so I thought of making it a funny pic,, giving it some really small wings and make a speech balloon to say "give me back my big wings!" but I was watching a movie while working on it and I got caught in shading the scales so I forgot to add the wings. In the end I decided to keep it as a simple kind of dinosaur. Maybe a cousin of Tyrannosaurus Rex, just with longer arms. :D |
